- In your subject line, please include the town/city/state of the location being requested.
- Please provide the full address of the location in question.
- Please indicate if this is a private/ residential or business location.
- Let us know the owners name(s) and other contact info we could use, such as phone number or an email address.
- Are you the owner? if not, what is your connection to the owner? are they aware of you contacting us?
- brief background – please include a brief history, frequency, location and anything else that you think may be helpful. it doesn’t have to be a novel, just some footnotes will be sufficient.
